Minimal School Pride

It's troubling to see how many students these days have completely zero school pride. They don't bother about their community, they don't get involved in programs, and they just seem uninterested. It's like they've lost sight of what it means to be part of a community and cheer for their fellow students. This lack of spirit is negative to the entire school culture.

This Beanie Is Off

Man, this cap just won't cooperate! It's giving me to adjust it, but it still feels tight. Maybe my head is just not meant for this. I guess it goes to show you that sometimes fit just right.

Not My Alma Mater

When I read the words "alma mater|my old school|the place where I learned}", it doesn't spark feelings of warmth and nostalgia. For me, it's a vague concept. Maybe because my time there were quite unique, or perhaps I simply haven't had the time to reminisce. Whatever the reason, that phrase doesn't carry the same significance for me as it does for others.

It's not that I dislike my time at school. It was a period of growth, just not one that feels familiar in the way many people describe.

Perhaps it's check here because I made my passions beyond the traditional school setting. Or maybe it's because my memories are centered around specific experiences. Whatever the case, "Not My Alma Mater|My School Is Different|This Isn't My Old School", and that's perfectly okay.

I Am Bleeding Blue

The society doesn't comprehend that I bleed a different shade. They stare with disgust as I reveal the truth of my nature. My blood is a representation of {somethingdifferent that they can't imagine. They label me as abnormal, but I am simply special.

Spirit Week? Sounds Like Work

Seriously, school/the whole idea of/that thing they call "school spirit/spirit week/pep rallies" is about as appealing/relevant/interesting to me as a moldy sandwich/root canal/trip to the dentist. I'd rather be practicing my guitar/reading a good book/taking a nap than wearing a ridiculous costume and screaming at some game I couldn't care less about. I value knowledge, not glorified cheering.

  • My teachers/My friends/Even my family all think I'm weird/missing out/crazy, but whatever. They can keep their traditions.
  • Maybe when I'm older

Here For All The Snacks

Let's be real, sometimes gathering/ chilling/hanging out with people/ friends/squad is all about the spread/ feast/ bounty! I mean, who can resist a good platter/ selection/ assortment of tasty treats/ goodies/ munchies? It's like a buffet/ an oasis/ the promised land of deliciousness/ yumminess/ pure snacking heaven. Give me cookies any day! I totally prioritize/live for/am here for those snacks/ goodies/ bites that make a gathering/ hangout/ party truly unforgettable.
